Delivery Policy

We deliver Orders placed via the Website/in store/ Call Centre to addresses within the United Arab Emirates. A variety of Order delivery/collection methods are available as set out below. However, we constantly strive to improve customer experience and may introduce additional delivery or collection methods across our shopping channels. Please check back frequently to see if more options have become available.

Delivery The following options are available for delivery to your requested address in the United Arab Emirates:

** We reserve the right to impose redelivery charges where your Order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery. Please note that Cash on Delivery service is available for free.


Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another or refund the payment. We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

We only accept returns or refunds for products with factory defects or any wrong items delivered.

HOW DO I RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE DAMAGED ITEMS?

Sorry, but we only do returns and refunds for products with factory defects or any wrong items delivered.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?

We’ll process your refund once we’ve verified the mistake and/or defect on the order.

WHAT’S YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?

Our warranty only covers products with factory defects. You can have these damaged products exchanged upon assessment of our team.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
  • No cancellation is possible for the services offered with promotional discounts on special occasions Ramadan, Christmas and New Year. These are limited edition offers and hence any range of refund would not be possible.
